Refund policy
Every print is made to order especially for you, so we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
That said, we care about quality. If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect, email us at hello@spacerocketart.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund — you won't need to send anything back.
If a parcel is lost in transit, get in touch and we'll investigate and put it right.
